Maintenance
Under both our Standard and Comprehensive Management Services, we offer the following:-
- Renewal of annual gas safety certificates
- Renewal of annual, or five-yearly, electrical safety certificates
- Arranging of Energy Performance Certificates as required
We do not offer monitoring and management of maintenance under our Standard Management Service, however under our Comprehensive Management Service we do offer the following:-
- Monitoring of maintenance through quarterly inspections and tenant reports
- Notification of works required when applicable
- Obtaining quotes from approved local contractors for works required
- Monitoring of works carried out and signing off
- Arranging of property refreshment (redecoration, replacement of kitchen/bathroom suites etc.) when required, arranging quotes and organizing works to be carried out
