Rent Collection Service
When choosing our tenant finder service, you may also choose our optional rent collection service. This is charged at 5% plus VAT of the monthly rent, and includes:-
- Monitoring of the monthly rental payments, receiving from the tenant and forwarding to you by bank transfer on the last working day of each month
- Chasing of any rent arrears should they occur (7, 14 and 21 day letters)
- Monthly statement of account for tax purposes
