Janice started working for Corcoran in February 2008 before herself and Glen (Stuart) took over the business as a partnership on the 1st June 2008. Janice manages the office on a day to day basis and understands all aspects of running a residential lettings business.
Sarah also joined the company in the previous ownership in March 2008 before staying on when Glen and Janice became Partners. Sarah manages all the account aspects of CLM - from calculating rent to dealing with deposit disputes and paying landlords their rental income at the end of the month. Sarah also enjoys telling prospective landlords about the services CLM can offer and taking on new properties for rental.
Natalie was also with the previous ownership and after a short break rejoined Glen and Janice in January 2009. Natalie carries out all the property inspections (checking that tenants are keeping properties in a good condition and picking up on any required maintenance). Natalie also carries out viewings, check-out inventories and is also excellent at dealing with maintenance issues.
Hannah has been with CLM for a year now, starting with us on an administration apprenticeship which has now been completed. Although Hannah started out with very basic administration tasks she very quickly proved her worth in many areas and has progressed onto more in depth admin. Hannah takes tenancy applications in the office and processes all referencing.
