Maintenance

If you have a problem within your property in the first instance you must call the office to report the issue.

This will be passed to one of the maintenance contractors we use and they will contact you direct (if you have given us permission to pass your contact number to them) otherwise we will act as a third party. If you do not hear from a contractor or the work is not progressing as you would expect please do call us back and let us know.

Out of office hours our answerphone will give the oncall mobile number. This is for emergencies. It is manned whenever the office is closed. Please leave a message and you will be called back by the member of staff that is on call at that time.
